Salad season is here at the farm!
Our Super Salad mix will be available very soon. Here is a recipe that pairs absolutely perfectly with our salad mix. Our Ktea mayo is made with fully fermented Kombucha tea, which resembles apple cider vinegar in taste, but is filled with billions of beneficial probiotics which will help keep your dressing preserved in the fridge for months.
Liz’s Creamy Herb salad dressing
1/2 cup Dodson’s Promised Land Ktea Mayo
1/2 cup plain yogurt, kefir or soured milk
1 TBS lemon juice
1 TB parsley
1 TB chopped chives (garlic or onion)
1 small clove garlic
1/4 tea sea salt
Add ingredients together in a wide mouth quart jar and blend with immersion blender until mixed.

Other ideas for this dressing:
dip for veggies, chips or chicken wings
add grated cucumbers for tzatziki sauce
spruce up chicken salad, tuna salad or potato salad
drizzle over grilled sliced beef or chicken
sauce over grilled salmon
dip for fried zucchini
