Strawberry Red Kombucha

We start with Rooibos and Hibiscus tea brewed with our Kombucha culture until slightly tangy and bubbly. Then we second ferment with fresh strawberry puree. The strawberries picked at peak sweetness meld into the tea for sweetness and a beautiful red color.

Kids will LOVE this summertime flavor! Make popsicles or jello with this for a fun summer project.
